About the role
A Perth business is looking for a Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer to look after its day-to-day bookkeeping. You will keep the books accurate and up to date, manage reconciliations and payroll, and prepare the reports the business and its accountant rely on.
The business runs its accounts on an ERP system that is not a local package, so full training will be provided — you do not need to have used it before.

- Allocate transactions in the business’s ERP system (full training provided)
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards so every transaction is accounted for
- Manage creditor and debtor accounts, including follow-ups
- Process payroll and related employee payments, such as refunds
- Prepare basic financial reports — profit and loss, cash flow and other profitability reports
- Keep records organised and up to date for the business and its accountant, ready for audit
- Assist with BAS preparation and lodgement (if you are a registered BAS agent)
About you
- Bookkeeping or accounts experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident with bank reconciliations, debtors and creditors
- Payroll experience
- Organised, reliable and comfortable working with confidential information
- Registered BAS agent — highly regarded
What’s on offer
- Full training on the business’s ERP system
- A varied role across the full bookkeeping cycle
